Wonderful resort. Room was very clean, modern and unique. Nice choice of restaurants on site. Beautiful views and very quiet. Easy 30-45 minute walk to the middle of the strip and cabs/uber available within minutes if you choose to ride places instead. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Fun, great place to stay!Would definitely stay here again.

Amazingly convenient and lovely! If you are driving, you can park in the structure and take the elevator down to the casino level and walk straight into the Ruby Tower check-in and lounge and get away from the chaos of the main casino and check-in area. This place is a gem!

Great option for somewhere a little off the strip. The hotel was modern and upgraded with easy to use features and upgraded from other hotels which made the stay really nice. We’ve never stayed in a hotel with hardwood flooring which was great. The hotel is nice and smaller than some other hotels on the strip and less busy and doesn’t have that horrible smoke smell.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Off strip and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to hop in an Uber/Lyft if needed. They don't charge for parking like most locations on the strip which I LOVE! Lots of food options and the pool is beautiful. The casino was lively.

The guy who helped me check in was awesome. Best attitude ever. He said hotel has the most expensive air filtration system on the strip. I didn’t have to deal with the cigarette smell! Easy check in and out. Overall just awesome.

The hotel was awesome! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the restaurant options we had and the atmosphere overall.

Hotel and Casino were very clean. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and I was totally fine staying for three nights. Food was really good too!

Incredible customer service, Rainee and Kelly were phenomenal. We had a problem with our room smelling like weed two days into our stay, when I called to ask about it they didn’t haggle or question they just moved us to a completely new room with an upgrade. When I called because our remote wasn’t working in the new room they walked me through shutting off the TV and also helped me with the shower controls which go against intuition. Never once did they make me feel stupid or like I was being burdensome. I think the majority of people care about customer service and they absolutely delivered. I would stay again just for that. Thank you.
