We were invited to my nieces wedding and the Embassy Suites was selected as one of the hotels to stay for the festivities. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly faces and helpful hotel staff. We had lunch at the restaurant, which also serves the continental breakfast, which is fantastic, as well as lunch and dinner. We had the Reuben sandwich which we shared along with French fries. Our server was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We asked housekeeping to replace a bulb in a wall fixture and within 10 minutes it was done. The Embassy Suites in Saratoga, New York is a definite 10. I would recommend staying there.

The agent for reservations understood exactly what I needed and found that precisely. Once in Saratoga, check in held no disappointing "surprises" as can happen. Every employee, at various levels, was professional in manner, polite in exchanges, expert in carrying out responsibilities. The staff, hotel, room and restaurant all exceeded expectations. We had not stayed at Embassy Suites before but know we will not be staying elsewhere when in town again. Just excellent and perfectly enjoyable.
