Nice hotel, no elevator. Saw man urinating up against building, heavy marijuana smell in hallway and saw smoke coming from underneath door, heater in room is poorly placed as it blows the air, hot and cold, in your face as you lay in bed. Highly recommend rooms have keurig machines for coffee and tea. Slept in bed, firm mattress. Possibly will stay again.

I was told the hotel was nice. Pictures lied. What you advertised was false. Our stay was difficult and made the hospital visit worse on a sick 10 year old..

I will never recommend staying at any of your hotels and since we were there with my sick grandson at Valley Childrens Hospital your hotel would not accommodate a longer stay or late check out. The rooms were smelling of cigarettes and poor clean environment.

"Noisy and worn."

The hotel is about two minus, the front door handle was broken as I entered the lobby. The staff was courteous but was hamped with "slow computers" which delayed check in for awhile. When I finally got the key, I found a bath towel hanging to dry, there were hairs on it. I promptly took it to the front desk and exchanged it for a clean one. Both staff members were surprised the used towel was left hanging pn the closet hangers. A lot of noise throughoit the night made ot hard to het a good night's rest. Overall this hotel needs to do better especially for the price they charge.

"Area was clean, maid service asked me if I need them."

We felt safe in the motel, but there were several concerns that bothered us. First, the toilet screamed every time it was flushed. Second, there was a one 1 1/2 inch space between the door and entryway and we had to cover it with a towel to hopefully keep slithering things mice, or bugs. Realy could use an update on the doors.

We were supposed to be at the other property and you guys were not accommodating at all. Very poor customer service. I also asked the booking agent to pull up our last reservation to confirm it was the same hotel and apparently she did not do that. Overall very bad experience.

Check in was swift and complete, room was in great shape, convenient Pub/food (Tilted Kilt) attached to the lobby, Clean pool and spa and NON SMOKING. The exterior was worn and had some sub straight concrete. However a great value and I will stay there again for a 3rd time. :).

Technically I did not choose this location on my own. I tried to other properties and when they were booked the agent booked me here. The room was spacious and appeared to be clean but smelled really musty and had some very odd construction flaws. The included breakfast was really just waffles, cereal and some juice. The check in process took a lot longer than expected as well which is frustrating because we had limited time prior to the wedding. Location was not the best. lots of homeless wandering around.
