I am writing my review to complain About the charge of my stay at you hotel on 1/31/25 as I called the hotel desk and was transferred to a three party booking and charged $304.82 to hold the reservation. While at arrival and checking in at the front desk the charge was agreed $189.+tax as they honor the AAA discount and also I was attending an fundraiser even in the town Wilton which also agreed for a discount. I would have cancelled my stay at you hotel and gone next door for a better rate. This is a scam and feel I was taking advantage of off. H10277518 Unhappy guest Christopher Boetsch.
Excellent place to stay and excellent people working there.
We had a great time and appreciated the staff, especially for cleaning the snow from our cars.
