When I arrived at the hotel, they denied me my room because I was a local. I had to call Hotel Planner to get a refund on my stay. The desk clerk I think her name may have been Kathy was helpful and kind, but I’m very disappointed that this occurred and I had to make other accommodations at a hotel in Springfield that would allow locals to rent. I’m an upstanding citizen and I cannnot understand why my money was not accepted pay for a room. I just wanted a night to myself.
Dirty room, exhaust vent in bathroom. Someone's sock left in the room.
We had a great stay in Springfield. Our first room had a sink that was stopped up. The desk girl moved us right away. A good breakfast with the kitchen worker cleaning tables as soon as patrons left. Also keeping the food full!
Your staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. She rearranged rooms so we could be next to each other. This was very helpful with small kids!
