The service at the front desk was fantastic! They accommodated and got us in to an upgrade room. Room was clean and nice. Mini fridge and coffee. Comfortable bed and pillows. Front lobby clean lots of sitting area. four elevators to get to rooms. Security upfront. Felt safe. Hotel location near lots of restaurants. Picked it for the location and was pleasantly pleased. Rate was the best for the Thanksgiving season. Grateful for a hotel in the upper west!

The entrance into the hotel was a bit sketchy. The elevators were in shambles, dirty, extremely worn flooring. Hall ways to room extremely outdated and dirty. Holes in walls rotten exposed wood trim. The room was clean and updated. Cheap furnishings.Large old A/C unit in window. Overall very sketchy.
For the price and location this is a good hotel.
Clean, comfortable room with fresh coffee in my room. Ice machine, quiet, cozy bed.
