This hotel went beyond my expectations! My family stayed here because it was close to the hospital where we were visiting a family member. Tracy the manager was very compassionate and attentive to our family situation. She really went above and beyond to assist my family with several things during our stay. I’m big on customer service and Tracy was outstanding! The rooms were clean and equipped with mini fridges and coffee makers. The free breakfast was great. I loved that this hotel was close to a Walmart and multiple eateries as well! Whenever I’m in Bloomington this is my new favorite hotel. And Tracy definitely deserves a raise! Thank you again Tracy, we appreciate you with our whole hearts from the Johnson family!

Tracy the manager is AWESOME! My family stayed here while we visited a sick relative in the hospital. The customer service was absolutely amazing! Everything from the room to the free breakfast was A 1. When our family member passed and we needed to extend our stay Tracy was so helpful and accommodating.. I can’t say enough about the level of compassion and kindness shown by Tracy during this difficult time! She deserves a raise! This will be my new hotel when I’m in Bloomington!
