"Maintenance"

The cleanliness of the hotel room was not sanitary. There were holes in the sheetrock exposing water lines. There was also a water rotted chunk in the ceiling approx. 2'x2' where the sheetrock was stained and appeared to be able to see into the the roof and close to breaking. There was also birds living in the ceiling and you could hear them in the night chirping. Point of entrance for the birds was on the balcony where there was a 4''x 2'' gap in the metal roof sheeting and the wall. There was bird poop all over on the deck, the deck railings and the deck chairs. The floors were not cleaned. The building needs some major restorations and should an inspection come around good luck to the ownership group.

For my five day stay my Room had one king size bed. This was perfectly adequate as was the size of the room. Amenities included micro, mini fridge, tv, phone and the usual toiletries. Also, a fairly large pool and nice work out room. Access to freeway is great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay on my budget.

"A very poor night's sleep."

The hotel itself was nice and clean, the problem was the doors have very little soundproofing and from 10:30 PM until 11:30 kids were running up and down the hallway yelling. I went out there, but they were nowhere to be seen. I tried calling the front desk twice to see if they could do something about it, but no one answered the phone. So we turned the A/C to continuous fan mode and went to sleep, only to be awakened by the Police pounding on a door nearby and yelling at someone that the manager was kicking them out. Not a very refreshing or good nights sleep!
