Attendants were polite and room was adequate.
From the moment I checked in with Briana…. until I checked out with Briana it was great! Crystal… Roe.. and so many others were beyond terrific! We had to extend our stay three additional days due to a family illness. Everyone was wonderful❤️ we will be back!
Clean room, great price, quiet, friendly staff easy access off of I81.
This hotel had great front desk staff but 1. Wrong room was assigned at arrival 2. Correct room was given and we had to go back to the desk to get blankets/pillows for pull out couch. 3. Pull out UNUSABLE! So uncomfortable we couldn’t use it. 4. No towel service on second day had to go get towels 5. No working ice machine. 6. Dryer broken 7. No change for washer 8. Molding legit taped to the wall. 9 doors to go outside from room bolted shut.

Marriot advertises excellent breakfasts. On my first night's morning, no breakfast was at hand. The staff brushed it off as just a kitchen problem. The manager ought to have ordered a replacement breakfast because no coffee shops existed nearby.
Bathroom shower could be cleaner. The property could be cleaner while ways outside.
Pool and elevators need updating.
