Our family made reservations to stay December 4th December 6th for my sons baseball tournament. Other families had received cancellation emails or other notifications so I called two weeks before arrival to verify our reservation and Nautical confirmed our reservations. When we arrived on Friday we were greeted by security telling us there was a buyout and no one is allowed on the resort. So as you can imagine a car full of kids traveling from out of town and being told you can’t enter and our reservation we’re canceled even after we confirmed. My husband ask to speak to a manager or someone because this is unacceptable. We were given a phone number to a gentleman named Shawn and was able to get us a room at a different place. Which we were thankful. He also said he would email us two free night at Nautical Resort for next year which we never received. So overall I would rate this not good due to lack of communication and no follow through.

Discovered our 12 reservations, booked October 7th for December four 6, were canceled by hotel and didn't notify us. Scrambled to find rooms for our arrival in three days. Worst experience I have ever dealt with!

Booked 12 rooms October 7, 2020, for our team's tournament December four 6th in Lake Havasu. I called the hotel Tuesday, December 2nd to see what COVID19 restrictions were in place. I was then informed our reservations had been canceled by the hotel for a "corporate buyout". To say I was panicked and annoyed is an understatement! I scrambled the next two days finding a hotel days before our arrival. We were traveling over four hours with families having small children. I have never experienced this with a hotel and pray I never do again! Blatant disregard for customer service and decency!

"Resort Review"

Location was great right on the water and the heated pool was very nice for the kids to play in. Having onsite bar and restaurant was beneficial as well for those that didn't want to leave the property. On the downside, the rooms were very dated with a terrible smell coming from each room. Honestly the worst smell in a hotel room that I have ever been around and we had several other friends staying at the same hotel and their rooms were exactly the same with the same awful smell. Think musty basement smell, but much worse. We enjoyed the amenities that the property offered, but would not return based upon the rooms themselves.

"Relaxing and enjoyable weekend."

Went for a weekend in early December for the boat parade. The place was awesome, was able to see the parade from the shore side bar. The food was top notch highly recommend the Strawberry cheesecake pancakes.

Large area with nice pool and on the river. A little dated but perfect for what is made for. Our baseball team had a blast running around the vast property. The kids loved it. Cold beer in the bar. Good food.

The room was dirty, other people’s hair in the shower and on the floors. Ants were crawling on the walls and the nightstand, then they sprayed for us and had to sleep with the ant spray smell only to find ants still crawling on the walls in the am. Bad experience!
