Made reversations over the phone. To find out when we arrived that it was made by a third party causing us to pay more for the room. Even though it was made to look as if we called the hotel direct. My husbands reversation they could not get to process. Made with the same card as I did for my mother's.Stood in wait for over 45 mins at the front desk. My mother's reversation was for a handicapp room and had to redo it because had her booked in a non handicapp room. When they put her in one it was on the 4th floor all the way down at the end of the hall from the elevator. The room was not very handicapp accomadating.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express on many occasions and it has always been a great experience. The accommodations are excellent, the staff super friendly and the breakfasts offerings varied and tasty. Would definitely recommend it.
