As running a travelers hotel these people know what they are doing! My service dog barked at the hallway footsteps of the upper floor as I stepped out to sit in hot tub (even though I mentioned that the dog was never to be left alone in room). I was approached by front desk and I apologized and took care of situation. I did not feel uneasy because Laurie from front desk was so pleasant. This Quality Inn is well operated. Thanks!

I was very disappointed with my stay at your facility. The four days that I was there, there were children running up and down the hall between 12 am and 230 am. They then started running up and down the stairs and on the 2nd floor. When I went to the front desk to say something, I was not able to locate anyone. I will not be staying at your facility again unfortunately.
