The front desk staff was excellent. Our first room was not made up. Beds still unmade and was twins instead of a king. Second room looked better until we saw the blood on the dust ruffle. No thank you! Matt, the manager on duty, was very helpful and handled it well. Third room was an upgrade. Nice suite, king bed with jacuzzi and large bathroom. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The corners and floor in the bathroom and especially the shower were gross. Although the front desk staff was great I would not stay here again.
