I have been to Las Vegas many times. First time at Excalibur. Loved the place. They had a great food court upstairs for less expensive food choices or access to good restaurants. Easy access to taxis for anywhere else you wanted to go. We actually won more at the Excalibur than anywhere else!

Most of the people working here were very nice. The parking and unloading your luggage, awful. Being handicap it was very difficult being everything in and out. The guy at bellboys wasn't very nice. I asked to barrow a cart and had to feel out a bunch of paperwork and was sternly told to have it back in one hour. so didn't even ask when leaving. Just made a lot of trips.

My A/C was not working when we arrived the room was dirty and there was food left over in the room from the last person then they fixed the A/C and blew dust all over the bed and our clothes wasn’t to happy about the stay was happy to leave tho.

In our room the electric plugs were all loose and nothing would stay plugged in my curling iron fell out my phone charger fell out. We ran out of hand cream in the pump and it was empty for two days never refilled. I think the restaurants in the hotel are all overpriced and the selection is very very limited. No steakhouse never been in a casino that doesn't have a steakhouse. The staff was excellent very attentive very friendly and very knowledgeable.

McCarran International Airport (LAS) is 5 miles from the MGM Grand.Guests can check in at the MGM Grand airport desk and buy a shuttle voucher for $5 each way or $9.75 roundtrip. This can be charged to a master account if the company would like to pay for them or charged to the individual.Guests traveling with more than two people may find a taxi ride cheaper. Taxis usually run about $15 one way. For large parties, we can provide contact information for local companies that provide transportation.
