(1)the shower had to be unclogged and still did not drain properly after being repaired. (2) the level of customer service when requesting a repair by the front desk was less appropriate. (3) we had to take a cold shower Saturday morning because your boiler we’re not heating the water right. (4) we went to watch TV on the last morning that we were there on Sunday and found out the TV did not work properly, it did not turn on at all. (5) I mentioned the TV issue on Sunday morning when we were checking out and there was no reaction or correction to the issue by the front desk.

When we checked in, the king bed room we requested was unavailable as the property was oversold. It was an adjoining room and the room was dark and musty. The sinks and mirrors in the bathroom and the drains in the sink and shower were backed up so water and soap pooled. The room should have had a refrigerator at the very least. Could be more modern with usb plug ins. Also who puts a coffee maker in the bathroom?.

They charge us extra resort fees and extra money to check in early claiming that they did a lot of upgrades to their casino when I got there the paint was coming off the walls very old Land down casino not worth the money.

I was double billed for my stay. I payed when I made my reservations and then was billed again when I checked in. They also advertise free Internet service. I tried contacting tech support. I was a nightmare to get Internet service, I was unable to access my email or any Internet sites during my stay.

Very disappointing for my 70th birthday. Booked online. Frig and microwave promised. I Keurig for four nights???? And maker didn't work. Felt like a pack mule ad we weren't allowed a cart and had to make numerous trips. That is a disgrace to treat handicapped people like that. I had so looked forward to the beautiful view and we were on the 3rd floor looking down onto the roof and some huge floodlights. Did not find anyone there helpful. On check in we were charged an extra $65. No one explained it was a deposit. Thank goodness we stopped on departing or we wouldn't have known about it. That's wrong. Not happy at all.

My wife is handicapped, when I pulled up in front to off load the three security men were very helpful to us. When checking out, the lone clerk took about 8 or 10 minutes to check in the couple ahead of me. After arriving home, I realized that I had left the plug in adapter for charging my hearing aids in my room. I called that night, housekeeping had not turned it in to lost and found. Called the next day, same answer. I called the next day, it hadn't been turned in, they took my name and phone number. I was left with the feeling that security / lost and found has no intention to try to return my charger adapter.

Stayed two nights the Bed was absolutely terrible had to be 15 yrs old lumps everywhere hard as a rock and very low to the ground. The bathroom was just as bad the toilet was tiny felt like we were staying in the pre school room. Paid for a fridge that was older than me! Had to unplug it because it was SOOO Loud! Would NOT stay here or recommend!

Walked into our bathroom and it looked like the sink was clogged and had hair and gunk in the sink and it took 10 mins to drain. There was hair in the shower too, it’s just looked like nobody cleaned at all. The bed felt like we were sleeping on the box spring, the pictures that were supposed to be on the walls looked like that were ripped off the walls.

I’ve stayed many times at the Edgewater and it was going down, but now I’ve noticed it had some improvement it doesn’t smell like before and it looks cleaner too. I wish they took little dogs like other casinos, I have an ESA dog and they said no dogs.if they ever change their policy I will be staying there.

Beds in the room were absolutely worn out. Shower door didn’t operate properly, allowing water to escape shower enclosure. I received an offer through the mail by way of rewards program just two days after making reservations, I called to claim the offer, I was told that the entire month was blacked out. I stated that I already had reservations so there shouldn’t be any reason why I shouldn’t be able to use the offer, I was told they were too busy and they could give our room to anyone else at full price. Never again at this two bit joint. Room charges, service fees and resort fees, ridiculous! They can find another chump!

Our stay was nice but we didn't stay in the tower part, which I prefer, we stayed in the rooms where they were older looking rooms and didn't have enough space to lay your stuff out. The bathroom was smaller with not enough room to place our stuff (curling irons, make up, etc.). We also didn't have any room service, I'm thinking because not enough staff but we did have a good time.

Was not expecting a lot, room was ok. Bed was comfortable. It was a non smoking room that at one point was a smoking room, several cigarette burns on the bathroom counters. Coffee maker had an old coffee filter in it and hadn't been cleaned. Housekeeping unlocked the door, without knocking, at 830 then knocked and unlocked the door again and asked if we were leaving. Came out five minutes later expecting to see them working the floor and there was no housekeepers or carts on the entire floor.

My nightly rate was $27, tax and fees were $25 and additional fees $15.50 even though the pool wasn’t even filled with water. Add that one up for a very poor room. Shower and sink drains don’t drain. Chipped up and stained bathroom sink. Lots of yellow crusty stuff on shower door. Inside of shower was dirty. Casino is heavy with smoke because Of inadequate ventilation. Bed okay. I would not recommend to a friend.

No snack options, only food is Denny's. Go anyplace else. Bullhead had better things to do. Habachi Buffet excellent.

When I called and asked to make a reservation, I specifically mentioned that I had two children with me and if there was an arcade and is it open, I was told YES.. it was not.. I also asked if there was a pool on property, if it was open and if it was heated. again I was told YES and it was not.. I was asked if I wanted room service but they would not change the bedding and I was okay with that, but when I got in the room, the carpet was so filthy I told my children to not remove their shoes or socks.. it was gross.. as I went to take a shower, the water pressure was sooo sad, the calcium on the shower head needs to be cleaned! I dealt with it cause we were tired from driving and my boy had football practice since we came for the pylon tournament. Would I recommend this hotel? No.. too much false advertisement I was given and my children were unhappy.. I needed to go over to Riverside for them to play or have fun.. also we were hungry when we got in, went to Denny’s and was told the wait was going to be over an hour since there was only her (the hostess), one cook and one server. really?? Really??? We ended up walking over to Aquarius to eat and riverside for the kids to play.. it was a total waste of my time renting this hotel room, not to mention the valet to take and get my car took FOREVER! I waited over 1/2 hour for someone to help me and I’m not exaggerating either. it was just mind blowing.. what was suppose to be a fun and eventful vacation was horrible! I was tempted to drive back to Vegas and come back the next day..

Cleanliness and hospitality of the staff were excellent. With Covid restrictions in place I felt the hotel was taking the proper steps to keep its guests and staff safe. The only drawback to our stay was our room was located next to the elevator shafts and they sounded like 747s taking off and landing all night long which made sleeping difficult. I recommend if you stay at this hotel, ask specifically not to be booked into a room next to the elevators unless you plan on being up all night at the Casino.

I honestly don't know how this hotel hasn't been shut down by the health dept. For starters, there is a strong stench of sewage in the hallway of the Sedona Tower. According to a hotel worker, it always smells like that because of "bad pipes." Sewage in the walls has got to be a health hazard. If that wasn't bad enough, the duvet on our bed had a huge blood stain on it. The hotel's Head of Housekeeping said it is the hotel's policy to replace the linens between guests, but obviously that isn't true. Be very leery about staying at this hotel.

Our room was non smoking. The hallway on the six floor smelled like three packs of cigarettes. The room Smelled like a dead animal combined with some kind of deodorizer that did not help. The shower had black skidmarks on it. And I even saw a spiderweb trailing from one of the the lamps to the ceiling. I could go on, but you get the picture. The best part of our stay was the friendly staff at the convenience store on the way to and from the elevators. Thank goodness it was only one night.

The room did not have a microwave my food went bad they gave me a raggedy very small refrigerator. I did not like the Edgewater and they still trying to take 56 dollars.
