Staff at the front desk, valet, restaurant and bar top notch and professional. Housekeeping not so much. Worst was 8/7 where our room was vacant from 7:30 until 11:00 and could have been cleaned. At 11:00 we returned to get cleaned up for a noon event outside the hotel. Housekeeping knocked at 11:30 and when we asked for 20 minutes to finish getting dressed she said she could not wait that long and she had to clean immediately or go without. We had to pass and when we asked for clean towels were told to get them ourselves off the cart. Certainly didn't feel like a customer or guest.

For the amount I paid for the room ($180 some dollars) I feel I should have been given a suite. What I got was a small room with one bed and a chair. The paint was chipped on the ceiling and or it was mold. There was no fan in the bathroom and one side of the bed the outlets didn't work. Uncovered cold concrete floors didn't cut it. The help was excellent. Very professional, very helpful and very kind. I was exhausted from my day of play in Mad city and did sleep very well on a clean and great bed.
