Stayed here several times. Always great, friendly service. Thank you to Alex at the front desk! If something is missing from your room, they are quick to replace it. Older facility but very clean and well kept.

Location was good, staff was friendly, but they was good and you couldn’t beat the chocolate chip cookies. Unfortunately, I only got to spend two nights and not the five that I’d hope for due to a family illness, but the two nights were very good.
Have stayed here three four times. The proximity to Siteman Cancer Ctr and Barnes Hodpital and all the clinics makes it very convenient. To a person, the staff has been very helpful and nice. The hotel is older and beginning to show its age, but everything was in good repair and clean.
I was there for an unexpected visit to Children’s Hospital. I was able to get a reservation by calling even late in the afternoon. I was greeted with great service, warm cookies and a great room.
First off the warm cookies at check-in were wonderful! The room is spacious and comfortable.

The Double Tree Hotel is consistently at the highest level for service and facilities. The front desk staff members are usually busy but unruffled. They make you feel welcome and pleased to be of service. The rooms, lobby, elevators and hallways are clean and attractive.

When I have to go to the hospital in St. Louis, I love to stay in the Double Tree. It is clean, has a nice restaurant and connects directly to the hospital via a skybridge. We will definitely stay here again!
