Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was for a patient at Barnes Jewish Hospital. The shuttle from Barnes to the hotel and back was wonderful.

Convenience is worth gold when you stay at the Double Tree and need to go to Siteman. The staff is friendly and helpful. And having a breakfast buffet is NICE. The Applebee's restaurant was very good.

My daughter was in the hospital and the roads were too bad to drive home, online booking said it was available so I booked and paid over $500. When I called to confirm before I walked over there was no availablility but they still charged my card and I had to pay to stay in another hotel that was further away with no vehicle so I had to pay the cost of an Uber as well…..$1000 to sleep in a hotel for five hours until someone could come pick us up from the hotel.

They didn't clean the room, or bring clean towels. Plus they didn't refund the unused day.
