"Nice bed everything else was average."

The room was average size the bed was good sized and comfy, we slept well in it. We were able to get a room close to the elevator as we requested which was nice. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the TV didn't come in that great. We weren't able to get a smoking room but we were able to have our dog with us. I wasn't impressed with the casino the games weren't paying out and there isn't much of a selection.

The room had a nice king sized bed, the water pressure in the shower was terrible, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, the waitress was no where to be found, the bellhop was very friendly, courteous and quick at his job, the slots were boring and not paying out, no buffet or continental breakfast offered, no fridge, microwave or coffee maker in room, I don't think I will be staying there again anytime soon I only choose them because they allow pets.

So many fees! The advertised room price does not include several fees, including a “tax and recovery fees” of nearly $80 and an additional $20 resort fee, so advertising the room for $141/night is totally false. Also, after paying nearly $250 dollars for our small room, we were woken up at 7am from blaring music from the room across the hall, we called the operator who was going to send security up to shut it down, but security never showed up SO beyond disappointing. We were going to have a nice breakfast before checking out but were so frustrated that we just left the hotel way before checkout time.

Elevators did not work long lines to get on. Had to do the stairs down four floors. Restaurant/cafe could be better. No maid service. Everyone was friendly. Would like to see it come back to where it once was!

No one should have to wait over 10 min to retreat to their room. the entire weekend the elevator had a line to enter and it was like waiting to get on a ride at Disneyland. I don't think I will ever stay here again.

Room key would not work in room assigned and after several attempts door opened with another occupant in the room They found our luggage in room, called down to report it and it was taken out by staff. We then were forced to return to check in and after a lengthy process, we were re booked into another Tower and my wife in a walker was totally exhausted. Never again will we stay in a Harrah's property or visit any casino owned by your corporation. Just an awful experience, no adjustment for pre payment of room, or any other compensation.

We received an email that looked like it was form Harrah's with low priced room. Nothing said about bare bones! Nothing about "no frills" which to us was no microwave, small refrigerator, very disappointing. Come to find out the reservation was made by a 3rd party using Harrah's name. Very disappointing.

When I checked in the clerk was unaware of the dog we had, even though I told the reservation representative over the phone. Apparently communication is nonexistent between parties as I would not have booked a room at this place. An extra $85.00, no refundable, for a plain, depressing room that hasn’t been upgraded in years is unacceptable. Additionally, the Cafe had just two waitresses running their butts off for a room full of customers. We finally left after waiting 30 minutes without even getting a glass of water. The overpriced “Smashburger” wasn’t any better as there was just one cook for all the customers that had left the Cafe as we had. Would not recommend Expedia booking or this motel.

First night water stops working call desk at 9 said they would have it done in an hour. I call back hour half later and was told three hours. Okay let us know when you get updated so I’m not waiting for a shower that’s not coming. So had to pack all our stuff up move to a different room at 11 then able to shower and get on with my day. Nobody would talk to me about a free night or anything just sorry here’s your next room. Got back that night I’ve machine is broke down. The only good thing about this place is the valet parking guys. Very cool.

I made my reservations through a third party for one night for me and my dog. When I got to the hotel to check in, they advised me that there would be an additional $85 pet deposit which was non refundable. I was not advised of this extra charge for my dog. They also would not give me my room key until they saw the dog to be sure it was a small dog. So after standing in line for well over 45 minutes to check in, I went outside to get my dog and then had to stand in line AGAIN. Another issue was calling the front desk from my room. I was on hold for 20 minutes before the front desk answered my call. I went to one of the restaurants in Harrahs. The service was the worst I have ever had before. They were rude and it took 20 minutes to get my "to go order". I immediately went to my room to eat. The burger was cold. I paid $150 for the night, plus the $85 for a pet deposit which was nonrefundable. I expected some sort of kind customer service from the front desk, which did not happen in the least bit. I will not stay at Harrahs again and will tell my friends about my stay.

Place was horrible, the elevator won't work and the that did work was a waiting time about 10 15 mins.the room are not in good condition the wallpaper were falling apart and the A/C broke and the floor was leaking as well. All in all will never return!

First time in Laughlin and what a beautiful setting on the Colorado River! The beach setting and local attractions were great. Check out tge petroglyphs and take the jet boat tour down the river to Lake Havasu. some so enjoyed this!

It was ok! Went to give my granddaughter a bath and no hot water when we got there. So needless to say we didn’t even try to take a shower in the morning. Just hit the road. Sad part is we paid all that money just to sleep. Pretty view of the river though.

We have not been to Harrah's in probably 20 years and sadly it appears this property has not been updated since then. This property is in desperate need of a makeover or just a deep clean? Our room, which I upgraded, was not clean and did not have any of the modern amenities, such as multiple outlets for our devices, etc. Very disappointing trip down memory lane.

The day before I was supposed to arrive, my reservation (that was paid in full, three weeks prior) was cancelled. I was told the “Harrahs was unable to accommodate my reservation because they were fully booked “. They were not fully booked. When I arrived at Harrahs. They had no record of my reservation and said it had never been book. I ended up be able to stay one night (at a higher rate, go figure). This was a major screw up by somebody and caused an extreme inconvenience to me and my family!

After booking a room here and receiving a confirmation number. My girlfriend and I arrived after driving a 8 hour day. Once at the desk I was told that my dog would be an additional $87 a night. In addition to that I was also told that I would have to pay an extra $20 for each of us as a resort fee None of these fees were discussed with me on the phone. I find this to be highly unprofessional and also a form of false advertising. Should you book a room here I would tell you to be very careful. This place is in the habit of charging many extra fees. You may very easily pay over $300 a night for a room that was quoted to you as $80 for two nights. We never ended up staying at Harrah's.And I am now in the process of trying to secure a refund for the two nights that we were quoted by them. As they have already, charged my credit card.

I picked this hotel because the reviews were better than the other ones and pictures looked good. Rooms look nothing like the pictures they are more outdated. There was always a long line for the elevator and we got big bites on our first night.

This hotel charged > $200 per night so I was expecting a nice hotel (like a 4+ star hotel), but instead this hotel is about the same level as a Motel 6 or cheap motor lodge. No soap in the bathroom, No daily housekeeping. Sub standard beds, old shower stall. Won’t be coming back.

The self check in kiosk went rather smoothly with the helpful staff assistant. Considering the age of the Central Tower, the rooms were acceptably clean. "Changing Rooms"

We wanted to stay another night in the room we were in and called the front desk and talked to Christina and she said no problem. She said to come to the front desk before 11:00 the next day. We had to change rooms so Christina was not correct and she was not there on March 13th. Steve the Manager was not there until 2:00 so that was no help.

People come to Laughlin to try to save money over Vegas. All the hotels do their best to nickle and dime you, though. Beware that even if the hotel claims to have free WiFi or other "basic" amenities, it's probably thanks to the additional "resort fee" they charge outside of any other taxes or fees. How is Harrah's charging a resort fee when they're not a resort? Really, you just have a mandatory bill for wifi. That's the only benefit over any other random shmuck off the street. Inside the room, things were clean, but the alarm clock, TV and desk lamp didn't work. The bed was adequate but perfectly complemented the views of the parking structure. Bottom line, drive a little further and either hunt for a deal in Vegas or pick a smaller casino off the strip.

It was a great weekend at Hurrahs. The most incredible part of the stay was any and all interaction with employees from, The Beach Cafe, Friazis' (spelling), the convenience store, assistance at check in / check out. Next to Disney Land, it was the friendliest place on earth.

The room was recently updated? This room wasn't, started out with a great bellman who brought up our suitcases in about two minutes. He then got us ice and gave us a loaner bottle opener. But the room itself had a mildly looking shower stall, but up close it was clean, just didn't look good. Had to ask for toilet paper when they only had one roll in the room. The casino itself was ok, but the slots were so cold. The pool overcrowded,with all the chairs being taken up by towels. All the people were in the small pool. The prices for the room were over the top and the restaurant prices too high. You use to be able to play slots all day cause the room and food USE TO BE CHEAP! No more!

I was there for the start of the NCAA tournament. There was only one person on Thursday for first hour and then only two people. couldn't get my bets on the early game in. line was over 40 people long and no one showed up to eliminate the problem. Second day, I went to another hotel to get my bets in. sure doesn't make me wanna play at Harrah's for big betting events. My friends all went to Aquarius and Riverside where it was easy to bet at any time.

"Freezing room, no heater, cover, etc."

Room was freezing when I went back to my room at 8:30 p.m.. Heater inoperative, only blew cold air. Cold air blowing in at top of slider and down the entire slider (screwed shut). Loud whistleing sound which I finally detected to the window. Tried kleenex in ears, but could still hear the howling noise. Got up and had to stuff kleenex into crack down the entire slider and at top where there was a gaping hole. Corrected that and then heard extensive noise coming from the hall. Got up to check why and saw a 1/8th inch crack from the top to bottom sill on both sides of door. Could see into hall. Decided to take hot bath and then go to bed, but the tub diverter was broken, had to take shower to warm up, no spread or cover on bed. Complained to desk clerk the next day and showed pictures of kleenex in widow and cracks. Showed another clerk during checkout. Forwarded email with pictures to hotel department manager and corporate. Have yet to get a apology. They did take $20.00 off bill after I complained about adding resort fees I didn't know about or wasn't on the initial billing. The worst of my stay was the stink from many years of smoke adhering to fabrics, rugs, etc. The four elevators in the N. tower stunk like a dirty ashtray. We were forced to enter the smoking side of the casino in order to utilize the cashier or claim token. Guests walking in lobby area smoking cigarette's or cigars where they shouldn't be. Outside, people walking around smoking. Never saw anything like it in California. If you have kids I wouldn't recommend them staying there or if you are allergic to cigarette smoke, you don't want to go there. I filed complaints and showed photos of kleenex in window and cracks down door with desk clerks twice, forwarded the same to the department manager and corporate. Have yet to get a apology, etc.
