"Hotel Not Kept Up."

I know the hotels in Laughlin are older but you can keep it up. Showers didn’t drain to many holes in ceiling hallway from pulling cable/wire. Claim Jumper only had two cooks wait time was ridiculous. Club had one bartender for a full house. Not Impressed I’ll stick with the Pioneer half the price for the same older room.

Concierge has been wonderful. Room is very nice. We stayed with two dogs. We have a courtyard right outside our patio door. Enjoyed that convenience. Will stay again.

Busy weekend with soccer tournament in town. The hotel was busy. Only one of four elevators working. It was a disaster! Truly inconvenient!

The golden nugget was a beautiful experience.the room was very beautiful The only thing I could complain about the cleaning almost everything was great except along the edges there was dirt and other things your maids left all the resturants were top notch.

The rooms were clean except along the base boards there was dirt and stuff in them. The casino was beautiful,the resturants were top notch. A very enjoyable experience.

Reservation was lost during check in and still waiting on the email promised would be sent confirming credit card release at checkout. At check in your associate talked to us like we were children. Rest of hotel is okay.

"My Peaceful Stay After the Death of My Husband"

My room was nice. the lady at check in was efficient but not friendly at all. it seemed to be a bother for me to check in. and house keeping wasn't the best. I left my room at 830 am and returned at 3pm and my room still wasn't cleaned. When I left my room the room cleaner was one room over so I assumed it would of been cleaned before I returned. upon my return it wasn't cleaned and when I asked when they would get to my room the said to me, "well what do you want done with it" I replied I would like the bed made and supplies replenished they said okay.
