"Hotel was great, Staff was rude."

The Hotel Staff at the front desk were very rude and condescending. They did not smile and didn’t care about what I said but just do what they say. Very unpleasant to talk to and just wanted to get away from them. The Cook who made the Breakfast and the Housekeeping Staff were exact opposites. Pleasant, smiling, happy and a great pleasure to talk to. We extended our stay one day and when we left in the morning the Lady behind the front desk was very hesitant to email me my receipt. She said she did not have my email address. I had to give her my email address and I got a very strong feeling she did not know how to email my receipt. How did I get this email for the survey and I got an email for my reservation confirmation? I still do not have a receipt for the additional day.

WITH THE PANDAMIC GOING ON I WAS A LITTLE TAKE BACK THAT THE GIRL CHECKING IN DID NOT HAVE A FACE MASK ON. I THINK IF WE HAVE TO HAVE A FACE COVERING ON SO SHOULD THE EMPLOYEES!

We have stayed here several times but this time we were here for two nights and did not get our made up and towels replaced. We were here for a funeral and gatherings and left the room at 11:00a.m. and returned around 5p.m. The room was not cleaned and I called the front desk first and then made a second request of a maid on our floor. The third time I called, I said forget it, just bring us clean towels. Shortly afterwards, someone brought us towels and said we had a no disturb sign on our door after 1p.m. That was no true as we left at 11 and made sure there was no sign on the door.

Room was very clean, beds are comfy and the breakfast had a lot of options. An easy 20 minute drive to Philly, so a great quiet location without the chaotic city around you.
