A five star hotel should robes and hooks in the bathroom. Other than a more elegant bathroom, this property is wonderful. Again the welcoming and warm staff makes a hotel, a home!

The Palazzo is one of the finest hotels I have had the pleasure to visit and stay. Spacious rooms, clean and airy. The pools are wonderful and the service and amenities have been sublime. I highly recommend the Palazzo.

Loved everything about our stay at The Palazzo. The room was enormous and very comfortable. Room was close to the elevator and hotel is close to all the great parts of the Strip. Your bath towels could use a refresh. They are very small and not very lush. Otherwise awesome experience.
