The staff at this location was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The convenience of this spot is unbeatable! If you're attending an event at the PAYCOM Center or the OKC Convention Center, you’re just steps away as soon as you walk out the door.

Customer service was inadequate. I was charged some ridiculous fee when I booked. I had to call to have it returned. Some protection non sense. Also was double charged to boot. Second time here and first was no so good as well.

The only change need at this hotel is the concrete around the pool that burns your feet. l watch many people and kids burn their feet after getting out of the pool.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Omni Hotel in Oklahoma City. Our room was very comfortable and the location was perfect. Staff could not have been more professional or welcoming. We would stay there again.
