basically I was in a state of emergency, there at the Inn. no maid ever knocked on my door to offer any services! I had to ask, my entire 6 day stay. ! Also, I got sick with Covid 19 in your motel! according to my Staff person !

"Disappointed again at Red Roof in."

While trying to check in which was prepaid, I was told that my card was declined. I had two proofs that it was paid and it took 40 minutes for us to check in. There was three people in the room and we only had two towels.

Small room very small bathroom. Sketchy area. Smelled like smoke. Had to go buy a room deodorizer. Bed was comfy but I kept itching. Last day I looked under the sheet and the mattress pad really needed washed!
