Our room was not very clean with ants crawling on the dresser and bathroom hair hair in tub. The staff was friendly and we have stayed at this hotel before with no issues.

We have stayed at this location multiple times over the years very nice. They must of changed ownership/management, new name, the place is definetly going down hill. Walking under the awning and in the lobby was a strong sewer smell. Was a major concert down the road, one person working the lobby. Check in time was 4, we arrived at 5:30, was the 4th in line to check in. The line to check in was to the front door. The one person checking everyone in was exremely slow, rude and hateful. They were cleaning the rooms as they were needed. No ones rooms were ready at 6 p.m. I booked our reservation over the phone at the 800 number had a confirmation # for one King bedroom, she was saying I did't book anything there was a double Do you want it or not?? Before we were down with the transaction, the cleaner had called back on the walkie talkie and said she had a king ready. So we did get a king. We went down for breakfast in the morning, we got a muffin, mini banana. Everything else was empty. Another guest asked the cook for more eggs, bacon, etc.. And she brought him a bowl of eggs. Had two elevators Only one worked and took forever. The other one did not have doors that opened. Hotel looked very ran down and smelled badly!

Tub was backed up and no maintenance on staff. Phone only worked on speaker. Pool was small. Breakfast was a joke. Staff was rude.

Room was nice enough but air conditioner was noisy and didn't cool well, there was no shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. Hotel needed a groundskeeper, there was a nice pond in the back but not kept up. Cobwebs everywhere, trash in pond and grass growing in concrete. Did not keep breakfast items filled and hotel was full. Elevators creaked and groaned and very slow, it was scary wasn't sure if they would open.
