We wouldn't stay anywhere else when we are in Burlington. Amazing customer service, clean, very quiet and accommodating.
I spent one night in the hotel this past week while visiting my daughter at UVM. The staff was very hospitable, I loved eating at "The Tavern" on site restaurant. The fitness center had everything I needed for a decent workout. My room was located in the "E" wing on the third floor. The bed was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. However, the heat source is one wall unit and it struggled to keep the room warm. I set the room temp at 68 but noticed that I felt cold and every time I checked the temperature in the room it was 65/66. The bathroom had no heat and no exhaust fan and felt about ten degrees colder than the room. The bathroom floor felt like you were walking on ice. I can't vouch for the other "newer" rooms in the hotel, but this wing was definitely an older dated building.
We offer a choice for our guests depending on length of say to choose limited housekeeping services. Room offer trash and recycle receptacles. Hotel subscribes to a food composting service.
We offer a buffet breakfast in our hotel restaurant each and every morning from 6:30AM - 10:00AM. In addition, we have room service available for our guests.
