Great location for my event. I like the upgrades you have made. I like the coffee machine in the room and soap dispenser in the shower. Very nice space.

"Noisy"

WE were at the end of the hallway that had the outside door. It was so loud and slammed open and shut the whole time we were there. NO SLEEP! We complained and there were no other rooms available and they put a sign on the door to tell others not to slam the door but nobody paid attention to the sign. They need to do something about the loud slamming of that door. Will not stay there again.

"Decent rooms, pool and hot tub unavailable."

The rooms were decent, definitely in need of a remodel or update. The biggest issue is the fact that they advertise the availability of a pool and hot tub. I even asked the booking lady what amenities were available and she included the pool and hot tub in her description. However when we arrived we were told it's been down for repairs and not available for use anytime in the near future. Now, that's a big deal to my teenage sons that were looking forward to the indoor pools. I was not offered any discount, free nights, etc. Told that all reservations were final and no refunds were available. We rented these rooms over the phone, paid over the phone, chosen for location and amenities while we were having work on our home done. I guess if you need a decent place to sleep, you got it here. If it's for the amenities, double check first in person if you can.

Housekeeping for my room was non-existent. I checked in on Friday and left on Monday morning. The bed was never made, the trash not emptied and the linen was not replaced. I spoke to the desk on Sunday morning and was told that the housekeepers had already gone home and nothing could be done about, but that they would personally see to it that I had fresh towels. It never happened and probably won't go back.
