The younger black woman on days that works the front desk was his rude as I've ever seen in almost 60 three years I come up she was on the phone apparently watching a movie shot me off as if I was not a guess I had a reservation it was one she told me I couldn't do anything until 3:00 on and on but to make a little story short I am a black male and it was the younger black woman that was another older black woman Hispanic but very very sweet.

I’m nearly 70 and have stayed in some lesser places but this one was the worst. Filthy. And broken. The coffee pot didn’t work, the bathtub wouldn’t drain. I paid $220 for two nights thinking it would be at least fine/doable. I couldn’t get my money back when I saw the room. I stayed one night and left. Plus it is in an area where there are lots of people hanging out and wandering. It did not feel safe. The “resort” has a gem working reservations who is beneath what she deserves. So kind and professional.

Hats off to your crew there as I had a cancellation at another hotel for that weekend and I am so thankful that you hotel was able to accommodate me with time in need. The restaurant upstairs was awesome as well providing excellent service.
Our room had a couch and mini fridge, which is more than a lot of similarly priced properties.
Overall deterioration of the hotel. After many years of choosing Arizona Charlies this was our last stay.
Arizona Charlie's was a very comfortable place. The rooms were large with all the comfort of home. With a mini fridge for drinks. One queen bed with a vanity sink. Toilet and tub separate. Our room was in a good location also they had an elevator. With a coffee table and theater television. In the casino are are lots of fun game machines. The staff was so friendly and efficient. Mary at the front desk was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. The atmosphere was friendly. Enjoy!

Honestly great clean room, friendly staff, restaurant was delicious as well as PT express. My only two suggestions are: put microwaves in the room so guest can heat up their leftovers please and better WiFi connections. That is all thank you.
