The rooms were very nice. We arrived early and we were allowed to go to our room. We did have to pay $35 each (we had three rooms) and it ended up to be 39.00. Your staff were very professional. Thank you.
There are no room number range by the wall. There is no sign: Elevator on the 13 floor where I was. I got lost. I have to call the front desk. One guy can’t find his room number. I helped him.

Poor housekeeping and no accommodation of coffee and water in the rooms.

Room was nice and easy to get around with a comfy bed.
I was surprised there was no maid service. I was here three nights.
Dried boogers stuck to wall around bed and the night stand. Hair all throughout the bathroom. White sheets stained (at least we hope they were washed). Will never stay again no matter how convenient for the competition.
The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.
Service was below average at the casino, bar, front desk.
This place is much cleaner than it was on my last visit so kudos to you guys!
