We tried to cancel due to fact we had Covid and got treated rudely. We could have just gone and infected the hotel but tried to cancel to no avail.

I had asked for a first floor room for my friend who has trouble getting around. We were given a room in A Wing which was very hard to find and I found it by accident due to the map was so small we could not read it. Signage for A wing needs to be located on both walls instead of one! A frayed rug in front of a door was a tripping hazard. The sink in our bathroom was so low it was hard for me to use and I am less than five feet tall! The tub was grimy and it was a whirlpool tub that did not work. The windows were dirty everywhere! The body lotion provided was old and smelled very badly and was supposed to not smell. I had to go down to the Lobby which was forever away from our room to get coffee and sweetner (it was stocked in our room). The breakfast buffet was $11.95! Way too much for breakfast!

Did not get room service our entire stay. Receptionist very rude. Every night the room was not clean we had to go through hell to get towels and rags. Was told it's not their policy on the last night of our stay to clean your room or to give you rags and towels unless you request it even though we have requested over and over to get towels and rags. Was told we had to come get the towels like it's our job to do it. Don't stay here. They also do a bait and switch on the continental breakfast instead you wind up having to pay for a buffet. Sidewalks are nasty full of goose poop. It's also a woman staying in a car. Don't stay at this place the staff are rude they do not clean anything.

Staff was very helpful. Showed us a handicapped parking area close to an entrance to eliminate a long walk to our room. Came very quickly to get the TV in room to work. It was comfortable and quiet which we appreciated.

This hotel was nothing like pictures, atleast the room they put us in was not. Didn’t seem like a great area around hotel, Hallway smelled like smoke, very outdated and not clean looking. We literally walked into our room and walked out. Lady at the desk was nice and offered to move our room but we opted to find a new hotel.

I was looking forward to staying at the Clarksville location.. I planned to just swim and relax. All was ok, the reservation part was streamlined and no issues. But, once I checked in, got my door key and grabbed my bags and headed to my room, everything changed.. I was given a key to a room that was already occupied, I swiped the key, opened the door and was in shock when two dogs met me at the door, then a man is sitting in the chair by the window. I screamed and startled us both. So, I took my stuff back to the car, drove around to the lobby and at that same time that gentleman was headed to the desk. We explained our encounter and our shock that I intruded in his space. The girls were nice at the desk, but only offered a comp breakfast to us. Which I didn't have enough time to go down and use. I am not a complainer at all. but I get to my room, the refrigerator didnt work and the toilet took four tries to flush, it happens, so I let the desk know. I feel that both myself and the gentleman that was inconvenienced should get our room cost waived or given a free room for future use. I am glad he was only sitting in the chair and that his dogs did not attack me. But I slept well and today is a new day. We were able to laugh off the very embarrassing moment. Thank you for your time!ps never made it to swim ??.

This place was perfect ! Had to go there for my daughter's cheer comp. And it was clean beds were comfy and the indoor pool was warm ! Plus having a restaurant on the property was very convenient! The staff was very kind also! I would recommend it !

We was in town for a cheer completion in Louisville very close but not in the middle of everything. Restaurant inside the hotel is very nice as we didn’t have to load the kids up for dinner. Pool was FREEZING so adults wasn’t willing to swim and kids didn’t last long we thought it was supposed to be heated. Would definitely stay again if we have anymore competitions in the area!

I was in town for a church convention and this hotel was conveniently located by the interstate and not far from the CGC Headquaters. Room was nice, kinda of outdated a little bit. Needs a new paint job. Other than that, my stay was pleasant and I will for sure stay here again next year.

Loved the prime rib buffet. Room was sufficient but no luxury. Fridge would be nice. Maybe some tea bags too. No disturbances or chaos. Good value for the price.
