Hotel Monona offers a variety of amenities including parking, an elevator, a gym, a pool, a restaurant, WiFi/internet, pet-friendly rooms, laundry facilities, non-smoking rooms, breakfast, air conditioning, a 24/7 front desk, a business center, and a spa tub.
The hotel was average. I did have to switch rooms because of a fautly TV. They did upgrade me. The problem was on Fairfield website, they allow a 3rd partyto run reservations. You assumed you were dealing with Fairfeild direct. you don't know until you get the bill. $75 a night in taxes and fees! WTF! I was able to get $71 back but in the future, call the Hotel and book directly through them. A scam!
