I've stayed at this hotel many times for business in LA area. The staff is friendly and the hotel accommodations are very good. However, I use the hotel shuttle when I arrive in LA. The hotel is very close to the airport. However, many times, I have waited a long time for the shuttle to arrive. Sometimes the shuttles of other hotels will come by twice before the Marriott shuttle arrives. This last time, some people waiting were turned away because the shuttle was full. Perhaps the Marriott could arrange for the shuttle to make more frequent trips to the airport?.

This is a very nice hotel with great shuttle access to LAX. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bar/restaurant was very nice in the evening. The restaurant is quite expensive for breakfast, but there is a Starbucks in the hotel for somthing a quick and affordable.

Amazing experience at the Marriott LAX. We were greeted by Johar at the registration desk who was exceptionally welcoming, professional and likely expressed the best customer service we've experienced at a hotel. He was patient and anticipated our needs. We were delighted that the room was ready for us as we had just gotten off a long flight from the Philippines and didn't want to wait until the late afternoon to check in. Overall, it has been a great experience and we would recommend the Marriott LAX for future stays.
