The resort is located in south central Myrtle Beach, apx. 10 miles from the center of town and located directly on the beach. The lobby area is very spacious with adjacent restaurants. The hotel offers conference center space for an additional charge. Indoor outdoor pools and beach access. Various room types are available from standard single/doubles to condos with multiple bedrooms. Condo units offer fully equipped kitchens to include dishes, flatware, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, stove, microwave and refrigerator. The are very nicely decorated and clean.The screened in porch had an area to hang wet bathing suits and overlooked the natural areas. Six passenger golf carts are available to drive guests throughout the resort. Full service restaurant offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in season. Breakfast buffet is a standard full hot breakfast for an additional charge. The hotel offers a Children's Program for all ages. Centrally located near the Boardwalk and Family Kingdom Amusement Park. I highly recommend this resort for convention groups, and groups that require meeting space.

the stay was fine with one exception. we were told all rooms and hotel were smoke free? But yet we stayed on the 6th floor and as soon as the elevator doors open the smell of WEED WAS EVERYWHERE. I asked one of the ladies in the lobby about this and was told its a issue that you are not sure how to address this problem Really may I suggest start knocking on the doors where the smell is coming from OR change your police and website to smoking weed is aloud so those of us that think weed would be included as smoke free. UNBEVIVEABLE would love to hear back from you on this but Im not holding my breath I had to do that from the elevator to our room.

Our full service OCEAN FRONT property with interior corridors and elevators is across the street from Family Kingdom Amusement Park. A non-smoking property, Westgate Myrtle Beach OCEAN FRONT Resort offers something for everyone! Must be 21 years of age to check into hotel. A minimum of 10 rooms per night is required to receive a group rate. Rate is based on the number of night s requested and subject to change if length of stay changes. Activities/Excursion department located on property with loads of fun for guest of all ages! Shuttle available for all arranged activities/excursions through Westgate.
