I love this hotel and have been coming fairly regularly since 2021. I have had many visits to Loma Linda Medical Center and since I live in Big Bear I often have to spend a night or two. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and had all my questions answered.

The room and bed were comfortable. I enjoyed meeting friends in the bar downstairs and the drinks were very well made. Your location is close to my usual place of interest so that’s very convenient. One small complaint would be the heater/air conditioner. It was making a rattling sound and the control panel was unresponsive to change temperatures or even turn off. Otherwise a good stay.

Room was nice could of been dusted the walls are so dusty, you could see the bunny’s on the wall (dark wall). Tub could be cleaner.
