We arrived on February 28. The room/suite is really nice and comfortable. But it was disappointing that our shower did not work properly and the tub took well over an hour to drain. It did not feel good to shower with the tub filling up to the top and would not drain. Also water was serping through the floor sealant along the tub at the floor. After having a $100 deposit unexpectedly to pay when we arrived because I thought what I paid online to book the room was the full amount, so that took me off guard. I let the receptionist at the front desk know that we were having trouble with the shower/tub. She said that the maintenance person would be here in the morning but did not show up to our room #204, she did offer to give us a different room but we had already unpacked and that was a big deal with my four children, so we stayed in #204. Again Saturday night the showers were unpleasant with all that water not draining and seeping onto the floor from under the tub. May I please request a discount of some kind in addition to my $100 deposit due to the inconvenience for a hardworking yet lower income family? It was also my five year old daughters birthday during our stay and my two older grown kids were visiting that I had not seen in a long time and not of us got a relaxing and pleasant shower/bathing experience here. Thank you in advance for your understanding. I trust you will reimburse us in some way that will be fair to us. That would make us want to stay here again and also recommend to others. .I also had let the receptionist on Saturday know we were having this issue and she said I could talk to the manager about it at check out time. I will do that.
