"Unexpected Booking"

We needed a place to stay close to Copley for one night for a family funeral and booked through this site. Flew in and arrived late. We had all luggage from ended vacation and were given the smallest room I have ever seen. We paid for two doubles or King. There was one double bed and a bathroom with enough room to get the door open. Not the hotel's issue and the staff was excellent. Not happy with bookonline.com for this stay.

We had a plumbing problem in the room we were assigned and immediately were transferred to a lovely updated room. We would definitely return to Copley square hotel.

Our hotel is approximately 5-6 miles from Boston’s Logan Airport (BOS) and there are a variety of ways to get from the Logan to the hotel. The most convenient and reliable way to get to the hotel is to take a taxi which generally costs approximately $32-$40 USD one way. Although the hotel does not provide a shuttle or sedan service, transportation counters are available at the airport where different options can be arranged at different prices for those arriving on a various flights. There is also an airport shuttle available at most terminals for approximately $14 (most accept only cash). These shuttles can be found by locating the “downtown hotels” sign outside each terminal and they normally run every fifteen minutes from 7:30am until 8:00pm.
