"Reservation Issue"

I fell victim to a horrible reservation system and my own shortsightedness. Noticed the reservation came with “cancellation “ for an additional $25+ I didn’t like that cost so I canceled it, only to catch the flu and not be able to make my reservation. Live and learn? The reservation process still was way to stringent and unforgiving.
