The hotel has 336 rooms on 16 floors including three suites and 12 handicapped rooms. They just finished a major renovation. The property is Pet Friendly. They offer Concierge service; five Dime gift shop; Precor equipped Fitness Center; both Valet and onsite self parking and in room dining. The Corner Office Restaurant is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, appetizers or dinners. The Martini Bar served comfort food with Asian, South American and Mediterranean taste. The Four Square Ballroom, the Marco Polo Ballroom, the Hopscotch Room, the Red Rover Room and the Duck, Duck, Goose Room are all located on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor total square footage is 15,231. Meeting rooms on the 2nd floor are a little smaller except for the Peek a Boo Ballroom with a total of 12,258 sq. ft.
