It is a small intimate 3 story older property in a residential area, with 71 spacious rooms with outdoor balconies. An outdoor pool in the courtyard with an open atrium, giving off an indoor pool feeling. There is also a Jacuzzi and a nice lounging area for guests to take in the sun. Rooms are a good size with the typical amenities, flat screen tv, fridge, work desk & chair, lamps, alarm clock, decent sized bathroom, etc. There is complimentary parking, free wifi and newspaper. There is a continental breakfast in the morning. There is a fitness room on property. Pets are allowed. A short drive to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and local freeways. There are some fast food options that are walking distance.

While not inexpensive, this was a well maintained, quiet hotel in a good location, with a great design and good parking on the ground level. Breakfast was simple but good. Very solidly built, it was quiet and nicely appointed. Cleaning staff did an excellent job too.
