Hotel personnel (Grace) was extremely helpful when we checked in and there was some confusion about our booking for a park, stay and fly. Also the following morning the desk person was helpful in calling an Uber to transport us to the airport because there was a delay with the shuttle arrangements for some other guests and there was not room for us on that shuttle. All in all a positive experience.

THE NEWLY RENOVATED (2025) Comfort Inn & Suites® Madison - Airport is conveniently located mere minutes from Dane County Regional Airport and right off Interstates 90 and 94. Guests can take our airport transportation to and from the hotel. The hotel provides the comforts of home and is great for both family and work travel. Enjoy free WiFi and free hot breakfast, as well as a fitness center and heated indoor pool and hot tub.Guest rooms come equipped with a microwave and refrigerator for your dining convenience, as well as a coffee maker. Relax on our premium bedding in front of our flat-screen TVs. Some rooms also have sofa sleepers, so make sure to ask about those if you’re traveling with extra guests. The hotel is located near University of Wisconsin–Madison as well as Madison Area Technical College. It’s also close to the Kohl Center, Alliant Energy Center and Monona Terrace Convention Center, all popular destinations for business travelers. Nearby downtown Madison has great local boutiques and wonderful restaurants, and the hotel is by Lake Monona and Mendota if you want to get out on the water. Our meeting space is ideal for hosting your next meeting or event. For work needs on the go, guests have access to a business center with a printer, copy and fax machine.
