Stayed here many times through the years. Always had good value until now. Staff closed breakfast early five of the 7 days I was here with no explanation. Staff talking while not replenishing foods. Twice there was no coffee. Elevator broken one day. On day one the room refrigerator was broken. Asked for it to be relaxed one day one, day two, day three and day four. I stopped asking on day five. Went to get ice, ice machine on our for was not turned on. Despite seeing a cleaning person continuously clean the lobby, the chemical smell was intolerable to eat breakfast. And the carpets are disgusting. Sorry IHG, you went from a solid five to a 2!
