The hot tub didn't work, there was no towels down by the pool, there was a snow storm and no one shoveled the walk ways at all. The chair in the room was very warn on the arms and the room could have been cleaner. Makes me sad we used to really like staying here.

I can't say enough about the friendliness of each staff member we encountered. Whether helping us find an outdoor venue for my daughter's birthday party, to taking care of our request for clean linens and helping with tech to connect to wi-fi they showed up with a smile on their face and so courteous. We were there over a weekend when the hotel was booked full and staff were on top of making sure their continental breakfast items were stocked throughout the hours available and there was a great variety!

Everyone will enjoy our 30-item complimentary deluxe breakfast served every morning from 6am to 9:30am which includes morning favorites like Belgian waffles, muffins, fresh pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy and sausages. Plus assorted breads, bakery items, hot & cold cereals, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and milk. Location features indoor pool and whirlpool.
