Delicious restaurants, the spa and pool area needs a individual review they are both incredible. Hotel reservation staff were very professional and welcoming. We stayed one night this time and were not pressured to do another night, a lot of properties are doing this recently. We will go back to the Atlantis every trip to Reno.

As a primary caregiver, I come here when I have time off and immerse myself in the spa experience and do a little gambling. The hotel is quiet and clean (remodeled) and very conducive to relaxing and let the reality of life just be in the background. Thanks to the friendly staff from the desk, to bell, to valet and service. Dining is varied and always delicious.

The room, which we stayed on the first night, was very noisy because it was next to the elevators, which kept going up and down all night with it's light beam shined to the room's window. It also had heavy chemical smell since the room was recently remodeled so we had to request to change to another room for the second night. The room, which we stayed on the second night was great (quite and very clean). The staff were very friendly.
