Our room (262) was very clean and cool from the moment we unlocked the door (after checking in). The cleanliness of the bathroom and the comfortable beds were very much appreciated by my friend and I. We were there in Springfield were there to see the last night of the National Breeders Championship horse show at the Wilson Logistics Center. Thank You Comfort Inn and Suites on Glenstone in Springfield, MO.

Went to bed when I got there because TV did not work and Woke up earlier than I wanted because room was warm because A/C quit working and manager said it was a old unit and they were in the process of replacing them all just had not gotten to that one yet still waiting on my refund from 30 days ago 😠.

When I arrived at the hotel, they denied me my room because I was a local. I had to call Hotel Planner to get a refund on my stay. The desk clerk I think her name may have been Kathy was helpful and kind, but I’m very disappointed that this occurred and I had to make other accommodations at a hotel in Springfield that would allow locals to rent. I’m an upstanding citizen and I cannnot understand why my money was not accepted pay for a room. I just wanted a night to myself.

We had a great stay in Springfield. Our first room had a sink that was stopped up. The desk girl moved us right away. A good breakfast with the kitchen worker cleaning tables as soon as patrons left. Also keeping the food full!
