Although we'd paid in advance and knew there was a no refund policy, it looked so bad we decided not to even consider checking in. Cars in lot looked like skid row one had a mission window and plastic bag covering it and blowing in the wind. Lots of trash outside. Nothing looked like it had been maintained in quite a while. Neighborhood didn't look good either. If the outside was this bad, the inside couldn't be someplace I'd like to sleep and I'd worry that my car would be broken into when I wasn't there.

The air conditioner was in need of repair. Needs wall outlets on both sides of the bed. No cups for microwave hot beverages. No Kleenex. Only on trash can in the room. No maid service. No instruction for the TV remote. No comfortable chair to sit on and watch tv. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the hallway was quiet.
