We came to Vegas to attend a concert at the Sphere so we reserved the Venetian. Upon our arrival, our hotel clerk noticed my partner’s prosthetic leg and we did not have an ADA room. He doesn’t require that but it is more comfortable. Without mentioning why, Wei Wei upgraded us to a suite in the Pallazzo. Our suite was perfect. We were near everything that we needed and the accommodations were superb. I would suggest an in room coffee maker and softer towels. Every member of the staff was kind and courteous. Frank, the concierge, set us up with several fabulous shows. We will be back and your facility is where we will stay.

First off the staff at the Venetian was absolutely incredible. Every restaurant we frequented on the property met or exceeded our expectations. We tend to vacation throughout the US utilizingVRBO BUT WITH THAT SAID SOONER THAN LATER, WE ARE PLANNING ON A RETURN TRIP. I'd very highly recommending consider staying at the Venetian.
