Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Property was a little dirty and other clients were loud. I loved the acceptance of large dogs!

I paid for a family member to stay here she was in town for doctors appointment to have staples and stitches removed from surgery. Due to the fact she has cancer. We were told there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room and they were not. There was mold around the light fixture in the bathroom and on the floor There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom. Room 105 should not be used until you have cleaned up and got new fixtures and furniture in this room. The desk is falling apart and the material was pealing off. I told the staff at the front desk when I got there how horrible the room was and he told me to call his manager. Ronda Whom I will be speaking with tomorrow. I just wished I had known that this room was so bad because maybe then my family members could have been moved to a different place. She didn’t want to tell me how bad it was since I paid for the room And I went by the pictures from the website Which was taken 20 years ago. Please take care of these issues I wished I could posted the pictures I told this morning when I got there to take her to the hospital. 😡 I was embarrassed and very disappointed. Please be careful when booking rooms at this hotel.
