The Doubletree by Hilton Downtown Wilmington Legal District is located right off of King Street within walking distance to local companies and two blocks from World Café Live. This full service hotel has recently completed renovations that included the lobby and guest rooms. Upon entering the hotel lobby the staff greeted me immediately and was professional. Straight ahead is the front desk with a sundry shop next to it and then to your left is the main lobby with business center, one way to the guest rooms and other way is event space. Hotel amenities include complimentary WIFI, fitness center, indoor pool, connected parking garage (additional fee), complimentary shuttle service within five mile radius and three dining options on site: Metro Café (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Metro Lounge (dinner) and In room dining. Holding a meeting or event you can select from 19,000 sq. ft. of flexible space including a legal center. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler whether on business or leisure especially family reunions, weddings or sports teams.

Hotel was walkable to the Grand Opera House so I could easily come and go to my event. Desk service was excellent, room was clean and comfortable and included a plentiful Continental Breakfast.

Ballroom divisible into three areas to accommodate receptions for over 1,200. Law-Center 3,200 square feet of office suites designed by and for law firms for litigation.
