I don't possess a PhD so after 20 minutes of trying to determine the guide and how the TV system, I simply gave up in frustration. Your complimentary mints at front counter is there some secret how to open the small packs and actually ENJOY them? Breakfast was nicely arranged. Desk attendant mid afternoon was very engaging and personable. (Maybe he could work on your Direct TV system? Upgrades the last several years have really improved the presence of this property.

We arrived and checked in after 2:00am so my only complaint would be that the hair conditioner was empty and it looked like the bathroom was not mopped as there was visible red curly hair on the floor. Other than that, their breakfast spread was great! Staff cleaned the room and made the beds as I requested the next day! Fresh towels and toiletries. I would stay here again and recommend to others as well! Close to shops and restaurants is a plus!
