"Fire alarm beeped all night. No front desk response. Mattresses."

In truth we had a very poor experience at this property. One negative tumbled into another beginning with a evacuation fire alarm that must have been pulled by a delinquent. Then our room'alarm beeped the rest of the night to a clogged shower head. On to an overwhelmed little girl at the front desk and no other staff to provide batteries. The whole experience was a cascade of tragedy. We wont be back.

I booked through Booking.com and they said they did not get paid, so I had to charge it to my card a second time. Then I went to my room and took a shower and the lady who booked me came to my room and wanted to take pictures of the bathroom and shower. I was on the 3rd floor and she said there was a leak in the 2nd floor. I wasn't happy to be inconvenienced at 10:00 P.M. at night.
