Location is good close to shops and restaurants but definitely very expensive for a run down old hotel. If the suite is this bad I can’t imagine what a non suite room would be 😱no temperature control in the room, small skimpy towels, torn and beat up drapes at least th T was in color. I hope we don’t carry bugs home from here.

America's Best Inns & Suites of St. George, Utah is a high quality economy hotel that offers single and double accommodations and guest suites with separated bedroom and living room. We are conveniently located just off Interstate 15 at exit number 8 in the heart of St. Georges' vibrant commercial and shopping district. Our St. George, Utah property is located next to many excellent restaurants and the best shopping in St. George is right out our front door. We are adjacent to the Promenade at Red Cliffs Mall and just across the street from Zion Factory Stores. Located 1 mile from Red Cliffs Mall (indoor mall), 1 mile from Dixie Regional Medical Center (IHC) and across the street from Starbucks Coffee. Many great restaurants like Chuck-A-Rama buffet, Chilli's, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Ruby River Steakhouse, Quiznos, Papa Johns, Carl's Jr, ColdStone Icecream are either located on site or across from us. Additional restaurants like Applebees, Famous Dave's BBQ, Fazolis, Olive Garden, Iggy's Sports Grill, Denny's are within walking distance or within 2 miles .
